mapping a pci to a particular expansion slot

My name_eths program includes a program 'dump_pirq' from the pcmcia-cs
package.  It displays the PCI bus/device/function for PCI devices, as
well as the PCI slot number (slot 0 means embedded) for most devices
in the system.
