mapping a pci to a particular expansion slot

[Blackburn, Marvin]

I am trying to map the pci address of a device to the actual piece of
hardware for documentation/maintenance purposes.
I have two fiber channel cards and two external nic cards.  I know the pic
address of each device however, since i have two identical of each, i'm not
sure which is which.  
 
Any help would be appreciated.
I have a PE 2900 Quad Core running esx 3.0.1
