PE2950 / CentOS4 - DSET tool

Hi All,

The machine we run is centos4.

I was instructed to run the DSET tool on my machine for some help. It 
ran, but everything including, and under the "System" and "Main System 
Chassis" sections in the report show:

NOTE: This information could not be collected because certain component 
services
      could not be successfully loaded or do not support this system's 
environment
""

Is there something I can load / install to help the tool collect this 
type of information?
