Well, like I mentioned, I would prefer that people hit our servers
directly. If somebody has a 1000 node cluster that they would like to
have a local mirror for, I don't mind, but *please* let me know so I can
include it in my stats (and mention it to your account rep... :)
So, just to be clear, there are no restrictions on rsync. I encourage
you to use it if it best fits your needs. I just dont want to suddenly
lose half my users from my stats when I am in the middle of making some
important presentations to managment.

If you exclude repo/software/bios-hdrs/, you will save 1.2GB. (It isnt
