Debian OMSA update

New dellomsa i386 package are available, changelog:
  - Dean Manners reported dependency on libxml2 for i386
  - Tuomas Toropainen reported dependency libstdc++5 for i386

You can put a line /etc/apt/sources.list:
  * deb ftp://ftp.sara.nl/pub/sara-omsa dell  sara

You can get it from the ftp:
  * ftp://ftp.sara.nl/pub/outgoing/dell
