Power Requirement

We have a few Dell Poweredge 1850's (dual Xeons) with dual power supplys, 
etc., located within a colocation facility.

We we notified recently that the facility will be doubling the price per AMP 
of power.  We originally set up our agreement for each U in the facility to 
include a standard 4 AMPS -- Is this much power necessary/recommended per 
unit with such a configuration?
