invcol error in OMSA 5.1

Has anyone run across the following error when starting dsm_om_shrsvc??

I'm running FC5 on PE2950, latest firmware, 2.6.18-1.2200.fc5smp kernel. 
My /tmp folder is part of / and has items in it.

permissions on tmp appear to be correct..... Anyone have any ideas??
