Thanks. The problem is resolved with the following linux boot command:
linux pci=nommconf
It is specified in RedHat's web site as well.

Right. I should be more specific. Basically I fail to intall RedHat 4
Update 3 (x86-64bit) with kernel panic message before even seeing the first
installation screen. Is that support in SC1435?
