download the dkms src from dell site for megaraid_sas v00.00.02.03,
then instead of using the included rhel3 patch, use this
http://linux.dell.com/files/megaraid_sas/rhl7.2-backport/rh72.patch
then take out
typedef void irqreturn_t;
from megaraid_sas.h
