ntpd question : no server suitable for synchronization found

Ok, thanks to all, i finally choosed to add a cron running ntpdate command
after disabling the ntpd service  ;-))

I don't know about your errors, but Windows hosts did not have a full NTP
implementation until Windows 2003 SP1, only SNTP (Simple NTP) which does not
allow you to track the time, only sync it once.
