ntpd question : no server suitable for synchronization found

I am syncing all my *nix clocks with our domain controllers as well.  I simply have a cron job that kicks off at midnight every night as I don't need millisecond accuracy.  I just run:

 ntpdate my_DC_ip

I don't run ntpd on any of them.  HTH
