PE1850 - CPU error?

Hi

1850 running RHEL4u4 with 2 dual core CPU's - Box just keeled over and 
will now not boot.

DRAC reports this

PROC Machine Chk processor sensor transitioned to non-recoverable

I presume that means CPU b0rked but can anyone confirm?
