simple udev rule for afa0/aacraid on PE1650

I took the earlier MAKEDEV.afa provided by DELL install cd. Added the
following: /etc/udev/rules.d/10_local.rules

contents follow:

BUS=="pci", DRIVERS=="aacraid", PROGRAM="/sbin/makedev.afa afa0"

make sure makedev.afa cd's to dev.

I now have /dev/afa0 so if I use afacli I can open afa0.

Probably of limited usefulness, but I'm always interested in a better
solution.
