RHEL 4 U3 and Dell PE 1950 servers, kernel panics?

I've been installing a few Dell PE 1950 servers lately with the RHEL 4 U3 that comes with them.
 
I've noticed that it kernel panics at random times. I'll give more detail at another time when I start to debug.
 
I just want to know if anyone else has seen this with this combination of hardware and software?
