PE 1950 and netextream 2 nics and centos 4.4

Main IP 66.90.111.253 / 255.255.255.0.
Route has the default Gateway as 66.90.111.1 , correct, but when I  
ping it, it says it's unreachable....

arp does
? (66.90.111.3) at 00:0F:EA:28:57:9D [ether] on eth1
? (66.90.111.3) at 00:0E:0C:B6:7A:33 [ether] on eth0
? (66.90.111.10) at 00:15:E9:80:BF:1E [ether] on eth0
? (66.90.111.10) at 00:14:85:EE:6B:DD [ether] on eth1
