Verify tzdata files

Thanks, I got it. I grabbed tzdata-2008a-1.fc7.noarch.rpm from
rpm.pbone.net and installed it, and copied
/usr/share/zoneinfo/US/Central over /etc/localtime and zdump now showes
march 11/november 4th.
