serial and audio for poweredge

I am running Debian 3.1 on a Dell 2950
 
can anyone recommend a usb audio device (no sound card in a 2950) or a
PCI-e or PCI-x sound card that has a driver for debian
 
also can anyone recommend a usb 4 port serial device or a PCI-e or PCI-x
4 port serial card that has a driver for debian
