Hi Harald, I extracted the firmware package to a directory, but have not found dumpnvram or restorenvram commands. Do you know where these reside?? Dell tech came and replace the motherboard on one server to get the firmware back to factory default. I can try to fix the other server with the method you suggest. Paul
