OMSA and snmp authentication issues.

Hi all,
I have a PE2950 with RHEL4u4 (32-bit) running OMSA version 5.2. I seem
to be having authentication issues with OMSA and Oracle's Grid Control
on the same server. These issues are happening on both the Grid Control
server and a 'monitored' server. I've double checked my snmp settings
and everything appears correct.
Every 15 minutes, I'm getting an "Severity: Critical" email alert along
the lines of...
"Device:server.domain.com 10.4.4.28, Service Tag:xxxx, Asset Tag:,
Date:12/17/07, Time:15:01:57:000, Severity:Critical,
Message:Authentication Failure"
This is what my /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf looks like.

Is there something that I am missing? Has anyone experienced this
problem?
Thanks,
