Hi,

After updating the firmware of my PE2900 server my server is unable to boot.

Im running Debian Etch, 2.6.18 kernel.

after the bios update which went ok, the server stops loading at the point
waiting
for os. this happens in the initrd boot strap.

the virtual CDRom player ( drac 5) gets /dev/sda now this was /dev/sdd

so my grub is trying boot from /dev/sda but now its /dev/sdb

please help,

Louis
