Yep. I monitor hosts with nagios but for the RAID I have some
scripts that run through cron. You can of course run the OMSA
daemon if you want. Personally I wish it was just supported by
smartmontools so I configure smartd like with 3ware cards. That
would probably require some open-sourcing work by LSI and/or
Adaptec.
