PERC5/i cheat sheet

Hi everybody,

I've been playing around with the MegaCli tool for remotely
managing the PERC5/i in our PowerEdge 2950 server.
As you probably all know, the tool's syntax as well as the
"documentation" is horrible.

That's why I've compiled a "cheat sheet" with the most
important parameters so that I don't have to dig around in
case of emergency.
Also includes a very short step-by-step instruction on how
to replace a bad drive.

As this is the first published version there might be some
