option to create RAID-1 on PE2950

Hi,

 

I got 6 drives on PE2950, and am in the process of setting up different
RAID-0, and RAID-1 virtual disks.

But when I pick the option "Create New VD" it is showing only RAID-0,
and no RAID-1.

 

Any clue with this?

 

This machine has the following PERC details:

Package: 5.0.1-0030

FW Version 1.00.01-0088

BIOS Version MT23

CtrlR Version 1.02-007
