I'm guessing you have only one of the cards connected.  Linux 2.6 kernels
on the 9th gen servers (and many other newer servers) famously reverses
eth0 and eth1 from the way the cards are labeled.  Matt Domsch/Robert

Try moving the network cable to the other card and see if that changes
your results.
