2650 continuous beeping

Yep, it was the PERC3DC, which was rebuilding an array onto the
hot spare (not easy to determine what was going on without OMSA,
as I've yet to see an amber light on the drive).

I did get OMSA installed... and as warned in the manual, it shows the
abandoned drive as "ready", although the truth is that it is probably no
longer reliable.  What's the best way to test this drive without disturbing
the array, or would I be better off just replacing it?
