can you "rpm -e srvadmin-storage" to see if that fixes it? (probably not
considering that what you were doing in the config file does something
similar). You can get it back with "yum install srvadmin-storage", since
you mentioned that you are using the yum repo. This will completely
remove the storage components, which have been problematic for some
people.
I dont see anything obviously wrong. I am thinking the semops failing
near the end might be significant, but I cannot see what is causing
that.
