I have also been looking to this problem on a RHEL 5 machine booted into
the Xen kernel. I did some searching on google and saw mention of this
error when you have multiple network interfaces with the same IP
address. I checked my system, and I had 2 interfaces used by Xen with
the same ipv6 address. I rebooted into the standard kernel, and those
messages no longer appear in my log. I haven't done any further testing,
though, to confirm this was the issue.
