Two ways I know of that you can try.

1) On the bootable CD (image), unpack the initrd, unpack the modules.cgz,
load in the new driver, repackage the cgz, edit the pcitable so that the
appropriate pci ids load the drive, edit modules.dep for any relevant
dependencies, put the initrd back together and let it rip.

2) Apply same process to the netstg2.img file on the RPM source server
that your kickstart installs from (if it's a netboot KS).
