DRAC in Dell Poweredge 2400

Hi

I'm looking for some howtos and guidelines to enable the DRAC-2 card in a Dell PowerEdge 2400.

A college has tried omsa_knoppix_300MB.iso and omsa-51-live.iso on an identical machine but had no success.
I'm going to pick up the cd-roms and try them on the 2400 here.

What is the best way to do this?

Which distro is preferred?  I am familiar with RH or Debian.
