Actually, firmware-addon-dell is not where I would put it, because of a
few issues. I intend to create a
"dellhw-repository-1.0-1.noarch.rpm" that people can
install. That is a little bit of work, though, and I want to iron out a
few of the other details before I do that, so I can make sure I do it
right the first time.

It is likely that the dellhw-repository RPM would have a "Requires:" on
the firmware-addon-dell RPM.

PS: this is exactly what the "dell-repository" RPM does today for the
http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/ repository.
