Pls interpret the log ...

It's pretty self explanatory. The storage riser (RAID) battery seems to be 
terminal.

Someone pulled power supply 2, then plugged it back in.

Unless those appear to be unrelated to what really happened (i.e. spurious), 
there's little you can do. I suggest taking a look at the battery voltage and 
replacing if needed. Same for power supply: make sure that when you remove 
it, the presence deasserts, and then properly reasserts upon reinsertion.
