BMC ROMB Battery voltage sensor state asserted?

This probably isn't anything you need to worry about.
The BMC ROMB Battery voltage sensor state asserted event means that the
PERC 4e/Si's battery went below threshold.
Then the BMC ROMB Battery voltage sensor state deasserted event means
that it was fine again. This sometimes happens during charging or
reconditioning of the battery and is perfectly normal behavior.
If the state goes to asserted and stays that way, then you have a
problem.

Anybody familiar with these entries please explain what they mean??
Or pointers to appropreate references would be equally appreciated.
