PERC Firmware Update - VMWare server

does anyone know if there is a 'live cd' available from Dell that runs an
OS that can carry out this update? I have tried the OMSA live CD but
didn't have any options to update firmwares - I have thought of a possible
solution using the OMSA cd but i wonder if anyone has any clues using dell
tools.
