Dell PE 1650 using PERC 3/di RAID + SCSI tape library

Is it possible to use the embedded PERC 3/di with a RAID 1 array,
along with a SCSI device attached to the SCSI port on the back of the
machine (on channel "B")?

If so, how do I do this?  thanks.
