Hi Greg,
	SUU is supported in RHEL3,4 and SLES9,10. We don't test on other
Distros and do not know the behaviour of the SUU GUI.
Well,
1) Make sure you are using the supported version of SUU on the supported
OS.
2) If you don't have X, you can always go for CLI mode of SUU. $suu -c
and $suu -u for upgrade.
3) Just check in here for special cases:

Hi,

  I'm trying to use the OM 5.1 SUU iso to update firmware on a 2800 but
I get a java exception when it tries to check prerequisites but keeps
going. We cannot use the GUI as these machines do not run X. Is there
any way to figure out what the problem is? Who do we report this to?
