tool to measure power consumption

We use some 'smart' powerstrips from ServerTech:
http://www.servertech.com/products/SmartPower/SmartCDU54-DY/

they are 3 phase 120/208V units [ServerTech makes single
phase units as well]. They have LED monitors showing
the *total* current draw on each phase. They also
have 2 humidity & temperature sensors which we use
(via SNMP) to detect/generate environmental alarms with
our servers.
