what is tripple lite?

"Tripp Lite" is the name of a manufacturer of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). Many of these connect to your computer with USB for status reporting. That is to say, when the power goes out, your computer can orderly and cleanly shut down because the UPS tells the computer via USB. 

This does not look like a warning or error, just information. It is saying you have a "Tripp Lite" brand UPS connected to USB controller #3.
