OMSA 5.0 does not support PE 4300.

This is why the installation tell you: "srvadmin-deng: not supported on this system (sysid=007C)"

You should have a look at the readme file for OMSA 5.0 where you will see what systems are supported.

http://support.euro.dell.com/support/edocs/software/svradmin/5.0/en/readme/readme_sa.txt

The following Dell PowerEdge systems are supported for
"Installation and Server Management" CD version 5.0: 600SC, 650, 700,
750, 800, 830, 850, 1600SC, 1650, 1655MC, 1750, 1800, 1850, 1855MC,
1950, 1955, 2600, 2650, 2800, 2850, 2900, 2950, 4600, 6600, 6650,
6800, and 6850.

Also from the same readme:

######################################################################
RELEASE HIGHLIGHTS

* Removed support for the following Dell PowerEdge systems: x4xx and
  x5xx.

--
Your system is x3xx system.......

The last readme file that I can find that support x3xx systems is:

DELL OPENMANAGE(TM) SERVER ADMINISTRATOR 1.4 README

This version of OMSA can be downloaded from:
