1950s with SAS 5/I controller and install debian etch

To my understanding, it should be supported using the megaraid_sas kernel
module. I am not sure which vanilla linux kernel version the support for
this particular controller was added to. Can anyone chime in her for details
on that? When you boot from the etch installer, it should automatically find
your hard drives. If it does not you may need tell it to probe for the
megaraid_sas module. After that you should be able to partition and install
Debian.
