CX300 + PE2950 => No support with shipped kernel version ?

Hi all,

How could i install the older kernel that is asked to me now that i have a
newer one already installed ? :

Kernel i need to have is : 2.6.9-34.0.2.EL update 3
Kernel i actually have : 2.6.9-5.Elsmp

PS : i need to suite EMC's compatibility check list for the HBA drivers....

First, I'm amazed that a 2950 works with that old kernel (2.6.9-5). Second,
of course dell will support EL4 if it's updated to EL4u3 (or even recently
out, u4).

This is of course only my personal opinion, but if dell caused me trouble
because a normal (redhat blessed) updated then I wouldn't buy dell again...
