omsa 4.5 dcdbas error

Well I got OMSA installed on a 2450, but I cant run certain commands in the
CLI mode.

I also get and error with dcdbas. 

[root at smtp2 oma]# /usr/bin/srvadmin-services.sh start

mknod failed for dcdbas device driver.
