cacti/nagios monitoring.

I wrote some Nagios health checks that use NRPE to check on the PERC4
controllers using amr(4) on FreeBSD and the megarc(8) util.

I also wrote some utils for MRTG that return IPMI values using the
impitool(1) "SDR Cache" feature.

I plan to release soon.
