There is OMCLI that will let you do what you seek.  There is a
srvadmin-install.sh in ../linux/supportscripts/ that will provide a TUI for
installation selection.

I'm not sure if this version has been validated for some of the legacy
systems that you may have in your environment but there is a support matrix
with the documentation.  Also, CentOS is not validated by Dell but it
shouldnt be a problem.  I actually installed OMSA on a test CentOS
installation today.  Be aware that you may need to force install the
openipmi module using dkms if you get a message stating that a newer version
exists than what OMSA provides.  Other than that I didnt have any real
trouble with the installation.
