In OMSA 5.1 on RHEL4, it is the postinstall in the srvadmin-omilcore RPM
that creates /etc/omreg.cfg. My guess would be it's the same for OMSA-5.0
on RHEL3.
If it can't successfully run /opt/dell/srvadmin/omil/prereqcheck/sysreport
(e.g. /dev/mem doesn't exist, or your system is not supported), it will
refuse to install the rest.
You can suppress the sysreport check by setting the OMIIGNORESYSID environ-
ment variable (again, this is for OMSA 5.1, YMMV).
