Cerc 1.5 SATA Slow is one thing but this is silly!

    When doing a transfer of files from sda1 (raid1) to sdb1 (raid5)
intra controller, has anyone else noticed that the datatransfer
completely stops several times?
 
This cant be "by design" can it?
