Blinking lights

Hi,

I know there is an entry on this in the FAQ, but the lights on two of my
servers flash - no matter what I press in terms of front or back panel
buttons. All the buttons do it let me choose between blue or orange.

Other apparently identical servers have constant non-flashing lights.

Anyone know why or if I should be worried ?
