BMC Error - Malformed message received.

I posted this message few day back but could not get reply.
Probable some one from should be able to give me some guide lines.

We just bought some Dell PE 19XX servers, I configured the BMC on those.
BMC was working fine for first few hours and then I started getting this
error. Can some help me how can I fix of this. I get the same error
when I try to connect using solproxy.

ipmish -ip 192.168.1.112 -u root -p password power
Error(0xa2):BMC Error - Malformed message received.
