BIOS update for PE2300 for A04 to A09

Hi,

I need a BIOS update for PE2300.  The existing version is A04.  To use the
current BIOS updates on the Dell site (A17), it says I have to upgrade to
version A09.  I can't find any updates to take me to version A09.

I was directed to a file called fix2000.exe which is supposed to fix some
issues but it can only be run on windows 2000.  I'm trying to use Windows
2003 standard server, so it won't run.  Any advice would be appreciated.
If it doesn't work pretty soon I will put linux back on this box!
