boot process stops after BIOS install and request input

At some point, the PE2650's that we have started stopping after
successful BIOS install and requests us to enter f1 to continue or f11
to configure.  I am not sure when this happened; however, I'm thinking
after out last BIOS upgrade. We are at A20.

Any idea what is causing this and how I can get it to boot without
input?
