On Support.Dell.com look for "Other Versions" - you will find older FW revs.
 (I see this "Other versions" is only avaiable if you browse your way to the updates for your system by typing in service tag or Product model...)

1.72 is not available anymore, but you should be able to upgrade to 1.80
